The Santa Clara County 2012 Quality of Life Survey Gives Local Residents a Voice!

The Quality of Life survey will help identify challenges and assets in Santa Clara County and its many diverse communities. Developed by an expert team, this survey covers many quality-of-life issues such as access to health care, neighborhood conditions, transportation, and civic engagement. All County residents aged 18 and over are encouraged to take the online survey. Answers are completely anonymous and confidential.

This assessment is a collaborative effort that includes the Santa Clara County Planning Office, Public Health Department, United Way Silicon Valley, and San Jose State University. Results will be used to inform a first ever Health Element for the Santa Clara County General Plan and the work of community groups countywide.
