The Santa Clara Ballet will hold AUDITIONS for its 37th full-length “Nutcracker Ballet” Production on September 12, Sunday at 12:30 p.m. at the Santa Clara Ballet School located at 3086 El Camino Real in Santa Clara.Artistic Director Josefa Villanueva will direct the 37th annual, full-length, traditional version of the Nutcracker. The Company engages professional Guest Artists in lead roles while providing opportunities for semi/pre-professional dancers, children, and adults to perform in a professional environment.
12:30-1:00 Children, ages 5-7
1:00-1:30 Children, ages 8-10
1:30-2:00 Intermediate Children (pointe and non-pointe)
2:00-2:30 Adult Intermediate (pointe and non-pointe)
2:30-3:30 Adult Advanced & Pre-Professional Level
(proficient in pointe work)
