The San Jose Youth Symphony Philharmonic Orchestra, under the artistic leadership of Maestro Yair Samet, announces its second concert of the season, to be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 2:30 pm at the California Theatre, 345 South First Street, San Jose, California 95113.This performance will feature outstanding young musicians of the Philharmonic Orchestra, including cellist Alexander Ascencio, performing Faure's Elegie for Cello and Orchestra; flutist, Anish Srinivasan, performing Chaminade’s Concertino for Flute and Orchestra, and flutist, Cheryl Chang, performing Romberg’s Concerto for Flute and Orchestra in B minor.
