Get a Free MassageA free massage is just one of the free services being offered at the San Jose Wellness Health Fair. Some of the other FREE services featured at the January 20th Health Fair, include screening for blood pressure, lung capacity, body-fat analysis, Harvard step test, and nutrition consult along with healthful and delicious cooking demonstrations and samplings. Non-paid volunteers, including doctors, nurses, and nutritionists will be on hand to help participants know more than just what’s wrong; they’ll show participants practical and simple solutions to preventing and reversing health problems. Blood tests will also be available at laboratory cost. Get 45 tests for $40, up to a $700 value!
The San Jose Wellness Health Fair is free and will be held on January 20th from 7am-12pm at the International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers, 2125 Canoas Garden Ave., Ste 100, San Jose, CA 95125.
