Description

In a typical izakaya (sake pub) the food is served in small plates and are much more savory dishes that are enjoyed before and after the main evening events. So in the tradition of the izakaya with a U.S. twist, we will have mini-burgers, crab cakes, and comfort foods with a range of PREMIUM saké to be announced.

These are quality saké styles from True Saké and some donated by SakéOne. Food and saké included in the cost.

ABOUT
Saké is not just for Japanese food. Oh, and that hot liquid that sushi joint serves you, well chances are that is crap "futshuu" or table sake. We will explore how certain styles of saké pair with various foods outside of sushi. This group is for saké fans and wine lovers who want to add another beverage to their imbibing repitior.

If you want to experience premium saké in a fun, group setting then be warned, if you do not have the saké bug now, you may get it afterwards.

Come swill, sip, spit, and chug (if you wish) various saké styles. Each month we will have various themes such as:
