San Francisco Dance Film Festival

Description

Motion Pictures presents the inaugural San Francisco Dance Film Festival, hosted by the Ninth Street Independent Film Center and co-presented by Dancers’ Group. With two separate evenings of programming and two full-day filmmaking workshops, the festival will feature twenty local and international films, a cutting-edge media installation, filmmaker discussions, special guests and parties.

Prices/Times:

Film Screenings – Friday, March 5th and Saturday, March 6th 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
$15 per evening

Daytime workshops
Dance On Camera: Shooting Basics
Saturday, March 6th 12 p.m. - 5p.m. at Kunst-Stoff Arts (929 Market @ 5th)

Editing Dance: Final Cut Pro for Choreographers
Sunday, March 7th 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Ninth Street Film Center (145 9th St. @ Mission)
