In this five week class, discover why we are stuck in this life of continuous trouble and sufferng (called Samsara) and don't seem to be able to stay happy for very long.By exploring the Four Noble Truths, we will discover the tools needed to escape samsara and reach the everlasting peace of Nirvana where there is no more suffering.
