SF-based border crossing musical agitators Rupa & the April Fishes will be joining the San Jose Jazz Winter Fest line up for 2012. Rupa & the April Fishes have been lighting fires on stages around the world since 2006."Rupa & the April Fishes create music that defies easy categorization.
