Robert Walter is a renowned keyboardist and composer, and has worked as a leader and sideman with many of the giants of American jazz and funk music. He formed 20th Congress in the late 1990's to showcase his composition skills, recruiting a team of stellar musicians, including Cheme Gastelum on saxophone and hand percussion; Chris Stillwell on bass; and John Speice on drums.
