Description
Road Trip to Pluto is a sci-fi/political satire and live action B-movie combining sketch comedy, bad movies, filthy cartoons, audience participation, and musical numbers.When Pluto loses his planet status, he loses his mind. When he kidnaps Terri Gross of Fresh Air, NPR unleashes the Public Radio Space Program, hiring Cap’n, Psycho and Princess. They encounter cool stuff, like outer space American patriots, mayo, and all the planets after Earth.
Road Trip to Pluto stars Alexia Staniotes as Pluto, Melinda Bailey as Princess, Dave Chambers as Cap’n, Mike Spiegelman as Psycho, Stefin Collins as Terri Gross, and Cohin Mahan.
Written and directed by The Bitter Show.
Road Trip to Pluto was part of the 2009 SF Fringe Fest, as well as a special Halloween Show at the 4 Star Movie Theatre.
Please note: Because this (updated) run of Road Trip to Pluto will have performances before and after The Election (yes, that election), the political jokes will be different each weekend.
