Description
This exhibit features quilt designs based on water and nature-inspired themes. The 29 quilts, taken from the private collection of John M. Walsh III, include work from artists such as Rachel Brumer and Karen Perrine.Walsh's collection began in the early 1990s. The owner of a water purification business and owner of of property with a waterfall, Walsh's collection shows his connection with the earth element.
Also on view is "Connections: Small Tapestry International." $8.00 adults,$6.50 seniors and students. Members and children age 12 and younger are free. Free admission for everyone on the first Friday of every month.
