Satisfaction guarantee for buyers
As your real estate home buying agent, we guarantee that we will meet your service expectations. If, upon closing with us, you do not feel that we have met your service expectations, tell us about it in by completing the satisfaction guarantee survey and we will give you $500.
To receive the guarantee please complete the satisfaction guarantee survey your were sent via email or complete the Guarantee Satisfaction Survey. Please complete the guarantee claim form in it's entirety by explaining your home buying experience.
Please include:
- How you first heard about BNMI, Inc
- Why you felt that we did not meet your expectations
- Your current mailing address
- Your daytime telephone number
Limitations
We reserve the right to request follow-up information to complete the processing of your claim. All co-buyers agree that this guarantee is limited to one $500.00 satisfaction guarantee payment per property transaction. This guarantee is only available to home buyers who close escrow with BNMI Real Estate Services Inc. approved realtor as their sole and exclusive agent. Guarantee claims must be received by BNMI Real Estate Services within 30 days of the close of escrow. This guarantee is only available to home buyers or sellers who closed escrow on or after October 1, 2009. Terms and conditions of this guarantee are subject to change and/or discontinuation without notice
Satisfaction guarantee for sellers
Paid based on marketing performance, at the close of escrow with a BNMI approved realtor; 1/2% reduction in listing fee for if your home is not sold within 90 days, 1/2 % reduction in listing fee for underperforming sales to list price based on local and most recent MLS statistics.
