The Raven Players Short Play Festival

For this first annual Festival, 15 short plays will engage and excite the audience with unique perspectives on the joy, heartbreak, and absurdity of love.

Each of the plays will be presented twice: • Eight of the plays will be performed February 27th, and repeated February 29th (Group 2 plays) • Seven other plays will be performed February 28th, and repeated March 1sts (Group 1 plays)

The groups (which plays, which dates) will be announced soon.

The fifteen plays were selected via a three-phase process by a jury of 28 local theater professionals and devotees. The response to this inaugural competitive festival was overwhelming, with more than 800 plays submitted. Playwrights from around the globe competed for this chance to have their work brought to life on Healdsburg's Raven stage!

Five directors will each direct three plays: Zack Acevedo, Diane Bailey, Diana Grogg, Ron Smith, and Arte Whyte. A.J. Reilly will be the Technical Director for the event.

Admission: $25 per performance, 2-day Festival Pass $40, 4-day Festival Pass $65
