Quattro’s monthly winemaker dinner series pairs Chef Alessandro Cartumini’s creative, seasonal Italian cuisine with renowned wines, featuring Capiaux Cellars in September.Guests enjoy a four-course tasting menu featuring a favorite, late-summer delicacy – tomatoes, with each dish created to perfectly complement three celebrated wines from Capiaux Cellars - Chimera, Widdoes and Swink. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Capiaux Cellar’s winemaker Sean Capiaux personally, as he visits each table to provide tasting notes and answer questions during the evening. Capiaux, who launched his own label in 1994, has as an established and notable career at prominent wineries around the world.
