Quattro diners embrace a true Italian experience while tasting a plated four-course menu featuring rustic Italian cuisine with a seasonal flare each month. In August, diners will enjoy a contemporary Italian meal featuring fresh beans such as butterbeansand fava beans, which pair perfectly with Perlerin’s exceptional Tournesol White, Sangiovese and Syrah.Diners can take a comprehensive look at the artistry behind Perlerin Winery and personally meet the chef and wine maker. Quattro’s Osteria nights typically occur on the second Friday of each month.
What: Featured wineries have included Chandon, Flowers, Beaulieu Vineyards, Bernardus, Pisoni Vineyards and Tablas Creek. August’s Osteria introduces their new menu items featuring the highly acclaimed wines from Pelerin Winery. Head wine maker Chris Weidemann will be available to answer queries while pouring his liquid creations into diners’ glasses.
