Bring more grace, ease & skill into your pole dance in just 5 weeks! Become a more fluid, passionate dancer.

For those who have already begun pole dancing classes and are ready to do more complex moves/combinations.

Pre-requisites: pole experience, ask instructor.

Have you taken our Pole Dance Supreme, or Weekend Intensive along with other pole classes? Do you feel ready to improve and expand your moves? Are you taking courses from other schools and want to accelerate your skills at a faster pace?

This beginner to intermediate level 5-week routine-based course is next level for serious pole enthusiasts. Intermediate climbing, multiple inversions and sequencing will have you leaving this class feeling like a Pole Dancing Diva / Rockstar.

All pole moves are carefully broken down into fun, easy-to-learn steps – suitable for novices and professional dancers alike! Bring your favorite music and some fun clothes to class.

Learn a very impressive technique-oriented routine. Build more stamina and grace.

Note: many of our students come from other studios and learn new moves.

This class includes an optional free 15 minutes of 1 on 1 private laser focused instruction with Owner of Slinky Productions, Catherine Rose.
