Join Poetry Santa Cruz as they present an evening with Ellen Bass and Danusha Lameris at Bookshop Santa Cruz. Ellen Bass is a renowned poet, non-fiction author, and educator, as well as the Santa Cruz County Poet Laureate for 2014-2015, whose poems have appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The American Poetry Review, and The New Republic. Danusha Lameris is a winner of the 2013 Morton Marcus Memorial Poetry Prize, and has had her poems featured in Crab Orchard Review, Poetry Northwest, Alaska Quarterly Review, and The SUN and Rattle, among other journals.
