What's going to happen at the workshop?

We will use yoga, visualization, dialogue, movement and more in the context of learning to create more pleasure in our intimate relationships and our lives.


I can't touch my toes, and I have never done yoga... Can I still come?

Yes! The level of physical yoga practice will be gentle, and you will be enouraged to only move in a way that compliments your abilities.

What should I bring?

Please bring a closed container water bottle, notebook, pen, and a healthy snack for yourself (or to share!) during a short break.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes you can move in and feel good in. Stretchy, comfy things that breathe are best. Layers are great.

I really want to attend, but I just can't afford it right now...

About the instructor:

Marna Schwartz has taught movement for more than 16 years. She was certified as a yoga instructor by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and as a Holistic Health Counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Marna has taught classes and trained private clients at multiple locations in New York and San Francisco. She is also an accomplished Reiki and subtle energy practitioner.She is passionate about helping women feel confident and more authentically sexy.
