The 16th annual Pistahan features seven interactive cultural pavilions and two stages highlighting music, dance, art, crafts, cuisine, artifacts, health and a trade expo featuring products unique to the Philippines: mother of pearl, bamboo, coconut, Philippine mahogany, pineapple fiber, Philippine pearls and more.The 2009 Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, which takes place from May 2 through October 31, features over 100 free events including music, theater, circus, dance, poetry, family festivals and children’s programs with artists from Cuba, Bali, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, and other lands. Yerba Buena Gardens is located between Mission Street and Howard Street and 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown San Francisco.
