Alison Crowe leads the enology portion of this exciting and informative discussion about the complicated process of flavor development Pinot Noir wines. Miss Crowe is a UC Davis enology graduate, professional winemaker, and published author of the "Winemaker's Answer Book," making her the perfect addition for such a technical session. Dr. Keith Patterson will then join in on the discussion, covering the flavor development of the grapes in the vineyard.There will also be a panel of Santa Cruz Mountains winemakers as they present a tasting of their own precious Pinot Noir wines.
