La Mar Cebicherķa Peruana in San Francisco will be celebrating Peruvian Independence day on Saturday, July 28 by offering traditional a la carte appetizer and entree menu specials including cuy and a spicy holiday cebiche. In addition, $5.00 Pisco Sours will be offered all day and, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., there will be live criolla-style musical entertainment.Also available will be the restaurant's full menu of signature dishes focused on authentic Peruvian cuisine prepared by Chef Diego Oka and offered for brunch/lunch and dinner.
