Join us for Pasados del Presidio, an annual event commemorating the founding of the Presidio and celebrating the people of Early California with music, dance, and lore.The soldados who founded the Presidio camped as they made their way north from present-day Mexico. At this event, experience a re-enactment campsite, use period instruments to map their journey, and play music from the expedition. Guests can help put up a tent with Captain Anza and enjoy s’mores by the fire.
