Pairing Series: Ridge VineyardsJoin us for another edition of our Pairing Series, featuring the single-vineyard wines from Ridge Vineyards paired with dinner in the Monte Bello dining room.
Each Monday, The International Culinary Center opens its Wine Theater to the public for wine tasting seminars and tutored pairing dinners featuring local wines. During the month of July, we highlight wines from the neighboring Santa Cruz Mountains.
Explore a range of bottlesin a lecture led by Certified Sommelier Laurie Lindrup, CEC, CS, CSW, FWS. Afterward, proceed to The International Culinary Center's private dining room—the Monte Bello. You'll enjoy a three-course wine pairing dinner, prepared by our students, and Laurie will be on hand to discuss each of her handpicked wine selections.
July 23: Portrait of a Legendary Winery
Learn about the rich history of this iconic winery as you taste your way through a few of their wines in our seminar and pairing dinner.
