The Classic Paella is our famed dish here at PalacioThis Saturday we will open our patio 2-4pm for a live demo on how we make our Famous Paella.
Sit and Relax on our spacious patio as Chef Lee Hernandez prepares his Mixed Paella. We will be offering our Paella at $5 and Happy Hour Cocktails to wash it down.
Here are some tips from our Chef for a Well Seasoned Paella
- Don't underestimate the importance of the Rice. Find a Quality Grain that will make for a quality base.
- Grind your Saffron Spice. It makes for a balanced color and seasoning.
- Add Character! Take any direction with Paella, from seafood to land meat.
- Let it BASK. A great Paella takes time. Let all the Flavors Soak Up.
