Pacific Pearl invites the public to enjoy its Chinese New Year celebration on Saturday, February 1st, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The celebration will kick off the Year of the Rat in style with a special Lion Dance performance, a martial arts exhibition by the Jing Mo School, and dance and acrobatic performances by the spectacular Xiaopei Chinese Dance school and company. There will also be special crafts for kids, photo ops with the day’s talented performers in front of a Hollywood-style step-and-repeat, and a chance to sound a giant gong for good luck.
