Ozumo Restaurant in Oakland will host a Tedorigawa Sake dinner on Thursday, October 11 beginning at 7:30 p.m. A $99.00 menu prepared by Chef de Cuisine Barry Shinto will be paired with a selection of Tedorigawa sakes coordinated by Ozumo’s Director of Sake Jessica Furui. Attending the dinner will be special guest Yasuyuki Yoshida from the Joshida Sake Brewery, makers of classic Tedorigawa sakes.The cost of the dinner includes tax and gratuity and reservations can be made by calling (415) 846-1775 or emailing to [email protected].
