Description
Venus Superstar presents new large scale mixed media works by Kylea Borges. These black and white collages conjure images of times long past in a magical yet whimsical manner with subtle social satire. Whirling dervish, corseted ladies, circus folk and inventors exist as they would in the rabbit hole; disjointed and off-beat.The artist has had work featured at Venus Superstar several times in the past, not just limited to mixed media pieces, but is a regular clothing consignor and well. She has also had the pleasure of showing at Gray Area gallery and Cowboys and Angels salon in San Francisco.
