Description

Visiting Artist Kwon Yeo Hyun is the UC Santa Cruz Art Department's Artist-in-Residence of 2013-2014. A professor of art at the Kookmin University in Seoul, Korea, where he is teaching painting and installation, Professor Kwon has an MFA from Seoul National University and is a highly acclaimed Korean artist whose work has been exhibited internationally in 32 solo exhibitions and more than 350 group exhibitions. The exhibition at the Porter College Faculty Gallery at UC Santa Cruz showcases his works in different formats, including painting, drawing, photography, film, installation, and performance.
