Description
Artists from the Opera San Jose resident company will perform al fresco as they present selections from three classic Italian operas - Rossini's comic masterpiece "The Barber of Seville," and two Puccini favorites, the dramatic "Tosca" and the beautiful "La Boheme." Showcasing these classics will be professional artists from the company: Jouvanca Jean-Baptiste (soprano, resident company debut), Betany Coffland (mezzo-soprano), Alexander Boyer (tenor), Michael Dailey (tenor), Torlef Borsting (baritone, resident company debut), Krassen Karagiozov (baritone), Isaiah Musik-Ayala (bass-baritone) and Silas Elash (bass).For this event, Santana Row is giving away free tickets to "Tosca," playing November 13-28 at the California Theatre in downtown San Jose. From July 17-31, guests who spend $500 in a single day at Santana Row will receive two free tickets to the classic opera.
