Description
Schroeder's, San Francisco's oldest and largest German restaurant will celebrate Oktoberfest in true Bavarian style over three consecutive weekends – September 19 (3-8p.m.)-20 (6-9p.m.), September 27-28 (6-9p.m.) and October 4-5 (6-9p.m.). Live music, flowing Barvarian brews and traditional fare will set the stage to Schroeder's first Oktoberfest since its re-opening in May following an extensive remodel. Admission to the celebration is free, and will be taking place both outside of the restaurant with communal tables on September 19th, located on 240 Front Street, as well as inside Schroeder's on the following weekends. Guests will enjoy traditional Hofbräu activities, including stein holding contests, Polka dancing and the crowd favorite “chicken dance.”
