Second course.
Pork short ribs smoked with mesquite served with peach coleslaw and pickled fingerling potatoes.
Third course.
Suckling pig roasted with rosemary and fresh lavender, port reduction, roasted shallots, sautéed baby squash and grilled fennel seed flatbread.
Fourth course
Buttery buttermilk biscuits with fresh berries and amaretto crème anglaise.
