Description
Terre Pruitt teaches Nia classes every MONDAY---including the Holiday coming up (9/6)---and WEDNESDAY at 9 am in Willow Glen.Nia is a workout. This is a group exercise class. Nia is done to music.
EVERY Monday and Wednesday, 9 am to 10 am in San Jose.
