WHAT: FREE Health Fair - Day of Dance

WHO: El Camino Hospital

WHEN: Saturday, February 27, 2010

TIME: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

WHERE: Santa Clara Convention Center
5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, CA 95054

It is a fun-filled event that motivates women to take action to improve their health and their families! The entire community is welcome to dance, celebrate your health and learn about cardiovascular disease. Join in the day for fun and wellness!

Day of Dance will be filled with a variety of activities including dancing, screenings, lectures, a fitness fashion show, vendor booths to visit, prizes, giveaways and more!


**Dancing**
Various types of dance will be performed and taught to the audience. Everyone is encouraged to participate and dance throughout the event! (You can see a schedule at HelpYouWell.com)

Nia: There will be a Nia audience participation demo at 4:00 pm!!!!

**Health Screenings**
Screenings are free and available for everyone over the age of 18. Available tests:

--Blood Pressure and Heart Rate
--Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist Circumference
--Cholesterol and Glucose Blood Test
--Vein Screening

**Education**
Health lectures focused on cardiovascular disease and heart health will be offered throughout the day.

**Athletic Wear Fashion Show**

**Door Prizes**
All pre-registrants will be entered to win a variety of door prizes.
