Description
Boston's Italian folk ensemble, Newpoli, is making a stop at Stanford and Monterey on its 2010 West coast tour.Newpoli is a nine-piece ensemble of Berklee albums who play Italian folk music from 70 years of Italian musical history, picking their pieces from the Middle Ages to as recently as the 19th century. Not only do they perform the songs, but Newpoli personally researches each piece before adding it to their repertoire.
