The Catalyst invites you to a noisy, raucous, rock 'n' roll New Year's Eve party with two groups set on turning corny bar blues on its head.The Devil Makes Three are a Santa Cruz original, intent on being "an acoustic band (that plays) our shows like a rock show". Described as 'festive', 'haunting' and 'soulful', The Devil Makes Three are spending new year's at home on Pacific Avenue.
A crew of fresh-faced twentysomethings from the foggy Sunset district, San Francisco's the Stone Foxes crank out wild, bluesy tunes with reckless abandon. Fans and labels are starting to take notice as they begin to break out of San Francisco's dive bar circuit and share their floorboard-shaking sound with the rest of the Bay.
