What must San Jose Rock Shop have planned for 2014 if their first show of the year-on just the second day of the year-features eleven punk, metal and indie artists? Singer-songwriter Casey Jones, who typically plays acoustic, opens the show with an electric set, followed by pop-rock band Reid Saw a Ghost, and Thrash-metal outfit 51-50. Headlining is San Jose's own Batman-themed pop-punk quintet, Kill the Bats. Other bands performing include Your Bruise, Pathos Mathos, Eastern Bakery, Casket, pageripper, and YoshiTonic.
