Bogart's Lounge and Tech Pub will be open on New Year's Eve. It will be business as usual for Bogart's.Since New Year's Eve falls on a Thursday, the rules of Bogarts' Ladies' Night will be in effect. That means free pool and drink specials, like their famous $2.50 kamikazes, and no cover charge.
