Description
Play On Words: New Horizons is a collaborative literary performance that features the work of 15 writers on April 11 at San Jose's Cafe Stritch. Play On Words is a collaborative literary arts series that unites emerging and established interdisciplinary artists, fiction/theater enthusiasts, and curious community members eager to learn more about the processes of creative writing and creating performances.In addition to featuring original work by a number of Bay Area artists, as performed by local actors, we will have live charcoal drawing by artist Michelle Frey. Recent Steinbeck fellow Dallas Woodburn will also have autographed copies of her newest book, "Woman, Running Late, in a Dress," available for sale.
