The Felix Kulpa Gallery is pleased to bring you its newest exhibition, Neon Art, by local abstract neon artist Brian Coleman. This exhibit features works that consist of glass bulbs - each containing glowing gasses like xenon, krypton, subtle amounts of argon, and once in a while a pinch of mercury for bright reds. - that are bent into artful shapes, then stimulated by currents of electricity until they glow. Brian Coleman is credited for bringing neon art into prominence as an art form, influencing a whole generation of like-minded artists in the process.
