Description
Visual narrative on the state of the American medical system takes form in the installation, National Anthem, at pop-up gallery Ratio 3.1. New life is breathed into the old Ratio 3 space on Stevenson by emerging conceptual artist Gina Teichert, who self produced the show.Using reproductions of her health insurance bills, she illustrates the dramatic premium increases and subsequent stress she, like many Americans, is experiencing while being used as bargaining chip in the name of political gain.
