Hospice By The Bay is hosting a free seminar, “My Life, My Choices: Planning for Future Health Care Decisions.” Ensure your health care wishes will be carried out, even if you can’t advocate for yourself. Learn how to document your choices, choose the right person to make decisions for you, and communicate your values and goals about medical treatment choices.
