Robert Hunt Robinson is now accepting voice students in San Francisco at the John Scott School of Voice.

Robert is delighted to return to the bay area after working out of town for the last ten years. While he was away, Robert worked around the world in various stage productions. Some of the highlights are Cameron Mackintosh’s Hey! Mr. Producer where Robert performed various roles most notably Inspector Javert from Les Miserables. He also appeared as Lancelot in Camelot, and Man 2 in the Los Angeles workshop of Closer Than Ever.

 

Robert has a degree in theatre from the University of Miami, and has studied under Edward Sayegh, Lorraine Buffington and Patricia Crump. He is an expert in the Garcia-Marchesi Vocal pedagogy.

 

This intensive vocal technique demystifies the process of low-laryngal singing by utilizing a series of vocal exercises that engage diaphragmatic breathing and relax or seat the laryngopharyngeal mechanism.
