Astor Piazzolla Four Seasons of Buenos Aires
Aenea M. Keyes Monet's Waterlilies
Franz Schubert Piano Quintet in A major, D. 667 ‘The Trout’

MusicAEterna celebrates tradition, innovation and collaboration, in a chamber music program that includes Franz Schubert’s piano quintet, Astor Piazzolla’s tangos and a Keyes-MusicAEterna premiere for piano trio inspired by visual art. Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, evoking passionate memories of time and place, are paired with Keyes’ Monet's Waterlilies, a musical dialogue with impressionist art. Then Schubert’s exuberant piano quintet, The Trout, completes the program. MusicAEterna performs classical chamber music with world premieres and was founded in 1999 by San Francisco native, Aenea Mizushima Keyes. MusicAEterna's recent recording of premieres, At the Museum, is a series of musical dialogues with visual art. Keyes' Picasso Suite, featured on the album, was first heard as a SFMOMA Artcast performance and interview. For more information please visit http://www.MusicAEternaUSA.com
