On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 8, Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving selections from their regular a la carte lunch menu as well as the full dinner menu, plus brunch specials, available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, that will include a Savory Crêpe with ham, spinach, fried egg and Mornay sauce; The BLT Sandwich with country levain bread, goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, sunny side up egg, hollandaise and a petite salade; French Toast with traditional thick French toast with orange cream, maple syrup and bacon; Salmon Hash with smoked salmon and salmon hash, red onions, tomatoes, parsley, Yukon Gold potatoes, poached egg and hollandaise; Mediterranean Quiche with grilled housemade sausage, caramelized onions, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, goat and Swiss cheese, organic mixed greens and mustard vinaigrette; Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, Parisian ham, English muffins, hollandaise, and Yukon Gold potatoes with fines herbs (available Florentine, with spinach, for additional charge); and Steak and Eggs with grilled natural skirt steak with two sunny side up eggs and Yukon Gold potatoes with fines herbs. An a la carte dinner special in the spirit of the occasion will also be offered. All prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity.
