This elegant brunch will feature a carving station showcasing roasted New York strip with garlic jus and Asian crispy roast pork with hoisin chili sauce. Menu items like pan seared foie gras with sherry cocoa gastrique, roast Columbia River salmon served with strawberry endive slaw and gourmet chef-prepared omelets will impress Mom on her special day. An extravagant dessert buffet will showcase decadent sweet treats among bouquets of spring flowers. Brunch will be accompanied by live piano music, games for children and a special children's menu.

Celebrate Mom with a delightful brunch in Fountain Restaurant. Mother's Day fare including a carved roast New York strip, all American waffles with Vermont maple syrup, miso baked black cod, sous vide pork belly with vinegar apples and honey, omelets and classic eggs benedict are on the menu. Brunch will feature an assortment of desserts including mignardises, petit fours and pastries.
