Description
Every Monday night, the Peninsula Macrobiotic Community meets to cook vegetarian-friendly macrobiotic dinners open to the public. There is also information for those interested in beginning a macrobiotic diet, with guest speakers and lecturers.This Monday has a Spring Equinox Celebration menu, featuring vegetable soup, sun-dried tomato fritatta, quinoa-pine nut-veggie pilaf, and orange spice cake. Macrobiotic chefs Gary Alinder and James Holloway will host Ask the Chef, taking questions from attendees.
