Mind-Body Wellness Program is a free community service initiative by The Art of Living Foundation and aims at creating more awareness about healthy and stress-free way of life, no matter what the external circumstances are.

The program includes :
• Powerful Guided Meditation
• Simple yet powerful Yoga & Breathing Techniques that you can practice at home
• An introduction to the powerful breathing technique Sudarshan Kriya taught in the Art of Living Course.
