Description
The Arts Division and Department of Film and Digital Media at UC Santa Cruz are proud to present a screening of the documentary film, Mendelsohn's Incessant Visions, followed by a Q&A session with director Duki Dror. This film is a cinematic chronicle of the untold story of Erich Mendelsohn, from his early days drawing sketches on small pieces of paper in trenches during WWI to becoming the busiest architect in Germany. This presentation is co-sponsored by the Center for Jewish Studies, the Arts Dean's Arts Excellence Fund and the Santa Cruz Jewish Film Festival.
