Open to everyone, this weekend will give you the tools for connecting to and transforming your physical, emotional and spiritual tension into usable energy and joy!The retreat will have several offerings, including yoga classes, networks spinal analysis (gentle chiropractic) sessions, group and private somato respiratory integration (breath coaching for your nervous system), vision boarding, live music by Jeremy Rourke and more.
