Local children are invited to join Raggs and Tilby from the PBS hit television series “RAGGS” for an exciting meet and greet opportunity at Hillsdale Shopping Center. The two costumed characters will pose for photos and greet children on this special day. The popular KQED educational show weaves music, literacy, science and discovery into an entertaining learning experience for young children.
